I once got hit with a really poorly made computer virus, it was based on team viewer by the looks of it. I got the virus from a download link but I can't remember what I was trying to download, probably some kind of audio editing program if memory serves. As soon as the download was done the virus activated and it looked like something from an old version of team viewer, the mouse started moving on it's own so my immediate reaction was to disconnect my internet cable, I then shut the virus down from task manager and converted the file to a text file. Despite having no experience with programming at the time even I could tell that it was made by a complete beginner, most of the thing was blocks of code copy pasted into it randomly and connected by a few lines of code and copious use of goto, was an absolute mess. It did get me interested in programming though so I think the experience was a net positive.

Look at the comments on that feed. Most of them are people who don't seem to understand AT ALL how this virus works. Saying their lives will be disrupted because they have to work. Yikes. We're well past the point where that matters. Many (me included) have already lost all their income. I was talking to my wife about this last night. If people are going to continue to display the lack of discipline it takes to self-quarantine, guess what, the Federal, State and local governments have to power to do it for you. Well when I was tweaked out id love to game Call of Duty for hours on end and couldn't get into anything else. Now I can actually get interested in differnt games. Finished Final Fantasy 7 remake, a game ive been waiting years for and loved it. Would have never happened when I was using. That and I build a pretty awesome tank out of Legos but my 4 year old always wins. One of the best parts right there, spending time with my kids again. And yet here you are now :) yeah, meth really does take over every part of you, doesn't it? It's awful. What kind of hobbies do you have? I'm really glad you are getting more out of life again! Someone needs to hold these companies liable for their decisions to put workers in harm's way. Is there not a union? Someone needs to let management know that if their decisions harm lives, there will absolutely be lawsuits.  That’s completely opposite of what the big boss said via email.
