It’s impossible for such a large group of people to universally be on board with all of those supposed points of view. It’s fair to want to know where any nominee stands on important issues, we all should. But the only extreme views here seem to belong to you, that all Catholics believe the same thing without question and that the positions of the church are unequivocally “extreme.”

Honestly just getting kind of tiresome and sad. My dad (1943-2020) spent his entire life calling the US a 'Banana Republic' saying that for all the good they did in ww2, everything that followed was cultural imperialism and what not.
