I'm so sorry to hear about your father, that's awful. Try not to beat yourself up too much for using more at that time though, there is no correct way to deal with grief and when you were already dependent on a substance it is completely understandable. Besides, you are still here and talking, so it's definitely not the worst thing you could have done! I know it's easy for me to say this, but don't forget that negative emotions (while necessary) are generally the main trigger for craving a relapse. Focus more on your achievements - yes, you used more in grief and that's bad, but look at how far you've come from that point! If someone had told you then that soon you would be 70 days clean, would you have believed them? You're doing amazingly, and please don't forget it!
